Our team is hand picked of qualified Divemasters, Instructors, Skippers and Reservationists; further trained by Adrenalin management to provide you with the best experiences possible.
We are here to educate, excite, assist and show you what the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park from Townsville and Magnetic Island has to offer. Words often used by our guests to describe our team are: 'professional', 'knowledgeable', 'caring', 'patient', ‘fun' and 'helpful'.
MEET THE TEAM
I'm Kassandra, I’ve been with Adrenalin Snorkel and Dive for two years, splitting my time between office work and being in the water. In the office, I handle customer inquiries, bookings, food shopping for trips, and entering Eye on the Reef data. I also create educational resources and take care of audits, stock-takes, and procedures.
On the water, I’m usually diving all day, collecting data, doing surveys, and guiding snorkel and dive tours. I started diving in 1990 but became more regular when I joined Adrenalin, logging 240 dives so far.
I love diving the SS Yongala, especially at dawn, and I enjoy learning about the reef’s ecosystem and sharing that with guests. Diving nourishes my soul, and I’d recommend it to anyone who loves being in the water—it’s an incredible way to connect with marine life.
I discovered my love of diving while travelling Central America. I completed my Divemaster internship in the Caribbean in 2016 and have been a PADI Dive Instructor since the beginning in 2022 sharing the beauty of the Great Barrier Reef with thousands of guests since. My favourite marine animals are Humpback Whales and Octopus'.
I’m Mathilde, originally from France, and I’ve been living in Australia for the past six years. I started working with Adrenalin Snorkel and Dive in February 2024. My days usually start early, getting all the gear and tanks packed for the day, setting up the dive deck, and looking after our customers. Once that’s sorted, it’s time for my favorite part—the actual scuba diving! After two dives, we head back to Townsville, wrapping up the day.
I started diving in 2019 and became a professional diver three years ago. With over 500 dives logged, I’ve fallen in love with the ocean even more. Being underwater is just so peaceful and makes me feel incredibly happy. One of my all-time favorite dive spots is the S.S. Yongala wreck near Townsville. You never know what you’ll see, and every dive is different!
I work with a small crew, but we’re like a little family. Diving really gives you a front-row seat to the ocean’s beauty, and it’s a reminder of how important it is to protect it. If you haven’t tried diving yet, I can’t recommend it enough!
