For day trips, Townsville departure is at 7:25 AM. However, we ask you arrive at 7:00 AM to allow time to check in, get prepared and conduct our safety briefing before heading off. Magnetic Island passengers should be at the dock ready for pickup at 7:50 AM.

How do I size up for diving/snorkelling equipment in the morning?

At the dock, our team will assist you in sizing up your diving or snorkelling gear to ensure the best fit. We will take care of all the gear you need, from masks and snorkels to wetsuits and BCDs. If you will be using your own equipment, please let us know during the booking process.

Do you provide wetsuits, and how do I know what size to choose?

Yes, we provide wetsuits and stinger suits depending on the season for all our day trips! Our team will help you select the right size when you arrive at the dock. If you are unsure about your size, do not worry—we will have options available, and we will make sure you are comfortable before we set off.

I suffer from seasickness, should I take any medication?

Yes. All boats move. We have Travacalm seasickness tablets for sale on board but if you require something stronger like Kwell’s, please check with your chemist prior to the trip. It is advisable to take one tablet the night before your trip, then one-two tablets approx. half an hour before you board the vessel. Please drink extra water on board to combat the effects of dehydration.
