The health, safety and well-being of our guests and staff remain our number one priority. Adrenalin Snorkel and Dive continues to closely monitor the developments and advice provided by Queensland Health.

When 80% of Queenslanders are fully vaccinated, restrictions on businesses will be further eased and we will be able to return full capacity.

However, there will be restrictions on people who are not fully vaccinated.

These changes will commence on 17 December 2021, or when 80% of Queenslanders aged 16 and over are fully vaccinated – whichever comes first.

In anticipation of these changes Adrenalin Snorkel and Dive has mandated the following –

• From 1 December 2021, all staff, suppliers and contractors must be fully vaccinated.

• From 17 December 2021, all passengers must be fully vaccinated.

Adrenalin Snorkel and Dive has a duty of care to provide a safe environment for staff, guests, and anyone else coming into contact with our business. By taking these actions we minimise the potential of infection and disruption of your experience and our business should we become a declared hotspot.

We are updating our reservations system and booking forms to reflect these changes which will require ‘proof of full vaccination’ prior to travel. Any questions feel free to contact our Reservations Team.

The Government has advised that from 19 November 2021 digital vaccination certificates can be linked to the Check In QLD App, similar to other states. This will be easiest way to show your vaccination status.

You can access your COVID-19 digital vaccination certificate through the Medicare app, from your Medicare-linked MyGov account, or My Health Record.
You can also use a printed copy of your COVID-19 digital vaccination certificate, your immunisation history statement, or your international COVID-19 vaccination certificate.

Failure to provide proof of full vaccination will forfeit the right to travel with no refund.

Penalties for people refusing to comply are $1378.50 for an individual.

Thank you for your understanding and continued support, we look forward to welcoming you onboard.

Yours Sincerely,

Paul Crocombe
